From the book cover:
This useful portfolio has the structures you’re looking for, from the simplest of utilitarian garages to wonderfully complete guest-house garages. We’ve also included an array of other outdoor buildings to complement your yard, to serve as a hobby shop or home office, or to house you favorite steeds. You’ll find over 70 garages from plain to plushy; cottages and studios for working, studying, or playing; barns and stables; cabana and pavilions; and other outdoor amenities.
Each structure has complete blueprint packages available that include all the details you’ll need to build it yourself or have it built by a contractor. Regardless of whether your intention is to build a practical storage shed, a sheltering garage, or a barn with full grooming and tack space, this is the project book for you.
Hometime says:
There are a lot of great ideas in this plan book. Among the expected garage combinations—garage/home office, garage/workshop, garage/guest room—are a garage with a lap pool and a garage with a sauna and changing area meant to be built poolside.
Note: You cannot build from the drawings in this book. For that you need to order plans. They range from $20 for a study plan of a simple shed to $500 for a set of 8 building prints for two-story cottages with kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Most garage plans seem to run between $40 and $80 for a 1-set study plan.
