Deck Makeover

Dean and the Hometime crew help Phil and Marjorie upgrade their deck. After some structural repairs, the old grey wood deck boards (which required annual painting) are replaced with high-tech plastic deck boards. A staircase and railing of the same new materials complete the transformation.
