A series of six programs detailing the finishing of the House with Character lower level with new bath, sauna, fireplace, veneer plaster, suspended coffered ceiling, cabinets, entertainment center, programmable lighting, game room and exercise area.

Finishing a Lower Level: Framing
Framing partition walls, soffits and columns; and removing part of the basement slab to re-do the plumbing rough-in.

Finishing a Lower Level: Rough-Ins
Roughing-in the plumbing and electrical, and setting in the whirlpool. A masonry fireplace is constructed.

Finishing a Lower Level: Drywall
Insulating the walls and soffits; drywall the ceilings and walls; and building a custom-cut sauna.

Finishing a Lower Level: Finish Carpentry
Installing a coffered ceiling, columns, millwork, and doors.

Trimming-out plumbing; installing cabinets and countertops; paint and varnish.
